  • Items will be sent by registered China airmail.
  • If you want a tracking number, please contact us.
  • Shipping usually takes betweeen 20 and 25 days.
  •  If you require faster shipment, you can choose" Flat Rate" to get EMS. Shipping will usually take between 8 and 15 days.
  •  When the total of your purchase less than $35.00,please choose "Table Rate",package will shipped by China air mail.

  •  When you have finished your order and press checkout, our online shopping system will connect with Paypal automatically.
  •  From our experience the safest way, to conduct business internationally  for both Miniatures Hobby and buyer is with an impartial 3'rd party. In this case; Paypal.

  •  If you receive the wrong item, please contact us.
  •  We accept returns, but the buyer has to pay the shipping fee, for sending it back to Miniatures Hobby.
  •  When we receive the returned item, we will refund the payment.
  •  A number of our miniatures are not original, hence they do not come in original packaging.
